Cast mantels were commonly used in the late 1800's. Heavy in detail as well
as feel, these can make a dynamic statement in the proper setting.

Our slate mantels are patterned off original designs and come to us from
Ireland. These heavy slate pieces are laquer finished a deep gloss black,
and then coloured in the patterned areas with a thin outline in gold.

Resin is a relatively
uncommon material to use for a mantel. It is ideal however in creating these
one piece mantels in a limestone finish. The molding process allows for
sharp design details, and even a textured finish that resembles the stone
surface.

We offer three wood mantels at present. Our popular Kingston mantel is available
with a 4 1/2" rebate and a walnut finish. The Riversdale also comes
with a 4 1/2' rebate, but its heavily corbeled design comes in a mahogany
finish. The Exeter mantel is available in a rich, burnished mahogany. These
mantels come in one size only.
